Staffordshire Police Visitor
A fantastic visit from Becky at Staffordshire Police, talking to our children about the role of a police officer for our topic People Who Help Us. The children enjoyed sitting in the police car and setting off the siren!
Paramedic visitor
A local paramedic came to see us to teach us all about their job and how they help people. The children loved seeing the emergency response car and all the gear needed to help save lives!
Chicks
For 2 weeks we have had eggs and chicks hatching in our classroom, learning about lifecycles.
Doctor Visit
One of our parent’s came along to teach the children all about her role as a doctor. A fun and engaging day dressing up, learning new vocabulary and exploring the doctor instruments.
Trip to the zoo
A fantastic trip to the zoo to complete our topic on Growing and Hatching. We met lots of animals up close and enjoyed watching the butterflies fly over our heads and the penguins swimming under the water!
